As we started ordering first, he was just irritated and rude. for just the 2nd order of coffee he started saying im just alone here, which I understand but we weren’t rushing him at all. He would just get irritated more and more as if we were not paying for what we were ordering or asking for anything more. I also told mentioned you can take your time sir, one of friends asked for just additional pump of mocha in his coffee and he sarcastically said- ‘yes my dear yes’ And that is not just it!!? there were other people in the line behind us and guess what he was just so nice to them, saying sorry or asking what size they wanted in a very polite way. We noticed for a few people after us he did the same, talk to them properly. I’m just not sure what we did was wrong here?? just get coffee for ourselves?

There was barely any actual coffee — maybe three sips total before it was gone. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you’re going to charge that much, at least fill the cup with the product people are paying for. I’m tired of wasting money at places that don’t care about quality or customers. Dunkin’, you need to do better — this was my last visit.
