I came in this morning for an iced coffee and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. After waiting my turn behind two other customers, I placed my order ($4.15) and handed the cashier a $5 bill, letting her know I had change. Instead of waiting for me to pull it out, she rushed into the register and tried to hand me change. When I reminded her that I had the coins, she snapped back, “but I have a line.”
That was completely uncalled for. I waited in that same line like everyone else, and it’s rude and disrespectful to rush a paying customer. To make matters worse, she actually took a dollar out of the tip jar and shoved my change at me with an attitude.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If this is how staff treat customers, it reflects very poorly on this location.

I came in to purchase Bavarian creme donuts and I was given vanilla creme instead. They looked different and I questioned the staff twice (with Bhavika and another male employee) and I was assured twice that they were what I wanted. Well, they weren’t. These donuts were not for me and I had to go to another Dunkin to get them. Next time, hear the customer out and don’t be dismissive.

came in to pick up my order, was not ready yet and had to tell the man working that i had placed an order to which he had no idea there was a bunch of online order tickets. he forgot to give me my munchkins and when i asked for them, he said he didn’t have munchkins so i walked to the register and there were a bunch of munchkins… he gave me them and handed them rudely when i pointed them out

Horrible experience. Place looks beautiful on the outside but service is horrible. When we got to the counter the cashier looked at us and did not even acknowledge us. I understand he was getting a box of donuts together for another customer who wasn’t anywhere near us but at least he could have said “I will be with you in a moment”. He looked more annoyed. I watched him put donuts in the box wearing gloves (covered in coffee). He then proceeded to fix his belt and his pants with the same gloves on then touch everything around him to only then make our avocado toast with the same gloves on. I also noticed other employees doing the same thing. Not one changed their gloves between making food and fixing their hair touching their faces and ect. Also the amount of flies in the store outnumbered people in the store. They were all over donuts and food items. This is not just an annoyed customer complaint it’s a health hazard. I could make my own coffee and my own avocado toast but I also should expect good service when I am paying extra for convenience.
