For a restaurant that likes to present itself as an authentic French experience, this is a culinary cardinal sin. If you can't be bothered to make fresh guacamole then please just don't sell it. It's almost insulting how much we paid for this disappointment. Like others have said: style over substance. I will not return or continue to recommend this chain to my friends and family.

We asked waiter, who calls the manager. The guy comes out and was extremely rude, WE didn’t check that only two were actually paid for. Lots of people, it was our fault for not speaking loud and clear. My dear man…the same happened to me last week, and the place was empty at 7:45. Su much for American service…rudeness dished on a plate for us. I will miss my cappuccino, but I will not return again!
