Giving a single mom with her kids a heard time after her providing evidence that she paid for the item and that the kiosk was not working, really not cool, especially near the holidays. I won’t be going to Wendy’s anymore

We went for drive thro experience. Quick. Good service. Can't talk about atmosphere, but plenty of parking if someone is curious. And is located at a good spot - convenient to drive from various directions.

Something to bare in mind.. (no pun intended here) is when you have a cashier handling money, and also helping with orders, either first put on gloves or wash hands before picking up fries to complete customers orders. Food service 101. Also, when someone has a food allergy, instead of waiting for the person making sandwiches to mess up, voice “food allergy for #X, to the line, so the sandwich makes know to change their gloves. Little details go a long way. I got my sandwich remade, but needed to leave the to half of my fries for the birds, since they came in contact with “bare hands.”
Thank you.
