And then I noticed that on top of my drink, there was a sticker that was exactly what I ordered, but underneath there was another sticker… I peeled off the top sticker, and I noticed that it was my exact drink without the added shot of espresso. So they made my latte… but someone forgot to put the added shot of espresso. So instead of dumping it out and making me the drink that I had ordered, they charged me anyway for the added shot of espresso and just slapped the ticket on top of my drink, even though it didn’t have the added shot of espresso. They just printed out the sticker that said, added a shot of espresso. That’s stealing and dishonest. If someone orders a drink with an added shot of espresso, you can’t just print out a sticker that says, added a shot of espresso and put it on top of the drink that doesn’t have an added shot of espresso. I am really surprised that they did this … so beware all your other customers, if your drink don’t taste right it’s because it’s not right. They were either lazy and didn’t feel like making a drink or they were stealing money and they do this all the time. I’ve noticed this has passed a couple times, but I’ve never checked to see if there was a second sticker on the bottom. Dunkin’ Donuts, your employees definitely did this. Maybe it was a new employee that just put the sticker on top because they didn’t want to remake the drink for some reason because they’re new I don’t know but the fact is I ordered a caramel iced latte with an extra shot of espresso.. And what I thought was a caramel iced latte with no added shot of espresso, but a sticker put on it as if it did have it in it.
