So by the time I take a nice bite and chew it, a wad of cheese is left to chew down. Too glutinous or whatever. It feels like chewing gum at that point. You guys got the crust down! Love it, but use a higher quality cheese. The Diet Pepsi had a plastic taste to it.

I’m sorry this is not it, I wanted to like it and heard good things from friends and neighbors alike. Maybe it’s an off day ordering on Monday afternoon? Pizza cheese slid off the pizza like a slip and slide. Dough had no crisp and structure strength to hold the pizza up….if you’re into flop this is the place. Chicken Marsala was pretty good and pasta I have no complaints about but the pizza is mediocre at best. Will probably give it one more chance on the weekends to confirm.
