This particular McDonald’s also seems to charge more than any other location in the area, and I have no idea why. I recently ordered food for my family, including a large fry and a shake as part of my meal. Receiving a large fry that was barely half full and a shake with almost no whipped cream is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve complained about my large fries being filled as if they were a medium— and it’s not the only time this has happened. The first time I complained, the issue was barely acknowledged. I received an email that seemed like a copy-and-paste response probably sent to anyone who complains. The manager claimed the issue would be taken into consideration and that it wasn’t part of the training, yet nothing has changed. Please fix your service.
