- RCRenee ClarkeMar 6, 20221.0The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to and unfortunately it is the only one close to my home. There is absolutely no management here. The place is run by kids who have no knowledge of professionalism and have no customer service skills at all. It is very clear that new hires don’t go through any training and if they do, you should probably rethink your training program. I came in once a half hour before they were closing (supposed to close at 6:30 and were actually closing at 4:30...surprise!!) and the one girl rolled her eyes ... I guess I was bothering her. The two children who were working that night were literally arguing about who had to mop the floor in front of me while I was waiting for my order. This place also closes extremely early for no reason and always at random times so you never know what to expect. I would not recommend anyone going here.
