I waited at the counter for over 10 min, yet I was the only one in line. They were NOT short staffed and at least 6 employees saw me standing there waiting to order, including the so called "manager", and none of them said a word. I was practicing patience, so i didn't react rudely. I mentioned it to a gentleman waiting to pick up his online order and he advised me to use the kiosk because that's what he normally does. As I was attempting to take his advice, I asked a young lady employee that was handing the man his order(that clearly saw me standing there for over 10 min), if anyone was working the register. I HAD TO ASK TO HAVE MY ORDER TAKEN. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I WOULD FIRE THE MANAGER working on that shift ( 12/07/2025 10:08AM) ASAP....
