When asked if he put any oat milk in it the man at the window said yes, it is dark, not light (as in the oat milk)-?! I told him I ordered a latte, and he said it was, it’s just dark, not white. Huh?? I didn’t have time to wait further. He clearly doesn’t know what oat milk (maybe any milks) look like, or what a latte is. Not returning.
