I asked for coffee milk and vanilla bean syrup in my drink. She told me they didn’t have it with the most disgusting tone and raising hands. She then proceeded to tell me it was an “extra charge for it anyway” as if that would be an issue. But what does that matter if you don’t have it? Hmm. I didn’t hear her speak to other people in line that way but the 4’11 black girl comes up, her attitude turns nasty and apparently an extra 50¢ would be an issue. So it seems she serves attitude and racism. Don’t go to this Dunkin!

I showed the manager (short heavy set lady) who has no hair net on at that . She tells me I put the hair in my coffee and it’s not my business to be saying anything . I paided with my money of course it’s my business, second of all you should be following proper protocol when working in the food industry and setting an example for other employees. Why does only the employees have a hair net and not the manager very un professional. The manager is an angry women and the hair was her color at that .
