- DRDonna Rohrhirsch4 days ago1.0Placed a pickup order this morning (1/8/26) when I went to the store the one lady who runs the register came over to me with an attitude when I went to check the name on a bag to see if it was mine or not She didn't even let me check the name on it she just grabbed the bag with an attitude saying it wasn't mine I told her I placed a pickup order and what I ordered, she asked my name and when I told her she just said real nasty " we don't have an order for you" when I showed her the order confirmation on my phone again said they didn't have an order there for me and the guy that was also there had an attitude Neither of them even looked at my phone to see the confirmation of the order they both pretty much waved their hands for me to leave the store I paid for a breakfast that I NEVER RECEIVED This is not the first time these people have given me an attitude when I've placed an online order for pickup Very very rude staff at this location

I asked for coffee milk and vanilla bean syrup in my drink. She told me they didn’t have it with the most disgusting tone and raising hands. She then proceeded to tell me it was an “extra charge for it anyway” as if that would be an issue. But what does that matter if you don’t have it? Hmm. I didn’t hear her speak to other people in line that way but the 4’11 black girl comes up, her attitude turns nasty and apparently an extra 50¢ would be an issue. So it seems she serves attitude and racism. Don’t go to this Dunkin!
