Pathetic service, location is not clean , napkin boxes are empty, hot beverages are made lukewarm aka cold. Run by kids who are more interested in socializing than doing any work. Close to 1pm and the place is swarmed with middle school kids from next door. And the guy at the counter is busy chatting up and ignoring a paying customer. Avoid this place !!!!
