    Terrible service and the only one around. I have to literally go over my receipt and bags every time because they make mistakes. Every. Single. Time. The only thing that saves them is everyone working is so nice and friendly but they are severely undertrained.

    I don't normally leave reviews but how today's experience went was less then acceptable. We did the fast order kios, I ordered a triple cheese burger no pickles, medium frie, and a milkshake. finished the rest of the order and paid via credit card. The machine never spit out a receipt for our order, we pressed the "press for assistance " button , Noone came. So we had to kinda hover at the counter to read the tags on the orders coming out. They were moderately busy but it was 8pm so not swamped . My fries were cold hard and old tasting, and my burger was dry patties were over cooked and nothing that was supposed to be on my burger was there , no ketchup, no onions , old hard cheese. I don't live far less then a mile so it wasn't the ride home that made my food like this. By the time I got home and found out this is how my food was I was not driving back to complain, and basicly wasted 12$ on a half mix milkshake with a broken paper straw.
