Got out of the car and went in (i was a passenger). Saw the chaos and from what i can tell there was no manager on duty, and the three employees working were very disorganized and one of them looked like it was their first shift ever. Another started crying at one point (which I will give a pass to that as I understand it’s not an easy day to be working). Very disappointed in dunkin today. Poor management through and through.

Now if I wanted to drink milk I could’ve asked them, but I was seriously looking forward to my matcha and my day is ruined. I ordered through DoorDash and the driver was very kind, Robert, if you’re reading this I hope you’re having a great day. My friends who also ordered matcha had the same problem.

The other location always seems to mess up my orders—the drinks taste terrible, and my wraps are either overcooked or undercooked. Even though this location is also busy, especially in the mornings, they seem to have a better handle on things. For me, it's worth going out of my way to get a good experience here.
