Waited over 10 mins and then when we gave the ticket to pay cash the manager asked if I had a card or singles instead of a 20. I paid at counter cause I had cash only. Then waited long for the food and he was arguing with a customer.

From leaving people waiting in the lobby while they accommodate all the drive thru/food delivery app business to the useless manager. They have kept me waiting, repeatedly, at midnight, waiting around for a simple scoop and dispense order of fries and Hi-C that had me waiting there for over ten minutes while they were all about the GrubHub delivery crew waiting around/prioritized.
