When my order was ready, a different person handed me my food without a bag in which I asked for one. He gave me a facial gesture that I did not appreciate and just gave me the bag itself without putting the food in. I was trying not to make a big deal of it but as I was packing food in the bag at the counter, I overheard him talking about me to another staff person (ironically the same person who took my initial order and charged me for the bag). I think he thought I was trying to get a bag for free without paying for it. To clarify I did pay for the bag and did not appreciate this misassumption. I was going to let this incident go, but this is my second time where I experienced this level of poor service from this same location (I ordered from here a few months ago and had another issue with a different to-go server, but let it slide back then). This place is in a good location and has good potential; however, I strongly recommend the staff being retrained when it comes to customer service.
