When I went through the drive-thru, the employee who frequently has an attitude! Told me they had run out of the bags at 7 a.m. This situation isn’t just about the bag or the false advertising, but about the way customers are treated. If an employee is unhappy doing their job, it shows in how they speak to customers. Customer service should always be handled with dignity and respect. I hope this can be addressed and improved.

I am a member of the church that is next to this dunkin’ and so are they, as a member of the community, I am completely and utterly disgusted at the way that they treat customers. Only come here if you want to get disrespected, racially profiled, and your order wrong.
