- JVjoss vpOct 28, 20251.0ATTENTION MOBILE ORDER CUSTOMERS: I placed a mobile order and almost immediately I went in to get it. When I got there my order was not there. I was standing waiting for my order when this man comes from outside to bring back a bag that happened to be mine. He mistook the order and once I saw it was mine, I requested for it to be remade because it had left the facility and we don’t know what happened to the food once it left the doors. To no surprise, the lady with the heavy eyeliner and reddish hair decided to what I assume in their language to the ladies in the back making the food to play it off and give me the same bagel back. The back lady did in fact did that and I refused to get that bagel. They refused and yelled and this male thought I was going to let a grown man yell at me. Absolutely not today! They did not throw away the bagel to what I assume they’re going to reheat and sell to another. If you’re going to order from here, please make sure to order in person and watch what food they give you.
