  I did not like this at all rather spend the extra couple of dollars at chic fli a or Popeyes. Chicken tenders were super salty and the breading falls off the chicken. Fries were cold I rate this place a -10 I will not be returning here ever again

  It was my first visit. Scarlett was helpful and kind. She recommended the 5 Piece Tenders box with Biscuit and fries. She also recommended the Jalapeno Crema for the sauce. The chicken was tender and moist. The biscuit was flavorful and flaky. Not dry. The fries are fresh and good. Nothing (0) tasted heavy and artificial. Lots of flavor. Impressive. They give you A LOT of food!!!

  I had a wonderful experience today! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor just like every time I’ve been here. Today was actually my third visit, and I keep coming back because the service is always amazing. I especially want to highlight the girl who took my order (Skarlett). She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Every time I come in, she makes me feel welcome and even recommends different sauces for me to try. Her positive attitude and great customer service always make my visit special. I will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommended!

  Tried Birdbox when they first opened in my building and the food wasn’t great — tenders were soggy and the biscuit was raw in the middle. I gave them another shot yesterday around 2pm. This time the biscuit was well done, but the tenders were still not fresh — the breading was literally sliding off. They had a bunch of tenders already sitting out even though it wasn’t busy. Not sure why they don’t cook to order - outside of rush time . Good concept, but the execution needs work.

  Difficult to find if unfamiliar. Next to Nana’s Deli for reference. Sort of a food court vibe. Chicken juicy and tender but coating tends to fall off easily and not my favorite but all personal preference. Not bad but not anything special either. Scarlett (working counter and orders) was very pleasant and added to the experience.
