  Place is a SCAM. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. I've been to this place several times against my own better judgement and no exaggeration, every single time I had a bad experience. The workers are extremely incompetent and dont listen to basic instructions, this is the only dunkin ive ever been to where I've had to bring my order back several times because they got it wrong. But this last exchange was where I had it. A simple order of a cold brew coffee with cream, specifying no sweet cold foam when asked. As I pulled away from the drive thru screen, I saw they charged for cold foam so I began to back up to tell them, but then heard a lady in the background say "he said no cold foam," followed by the lady telling me to pull up to the window. So now I've heard them verbally acknowledge my order and the mistake on screen, right? Pull up to the window, get my coffee with no cold foam, wasnt asked if I wanted my receipt and wasnt given one. Drive away to check my credit card statement and surprise surprise I was charged for the cold foam. Confronted the manager for a refund and was told she would only give me a donut for the mistake. I understand its only a dollar, but its the principle that matters because it was a slight of hand on their end that a majority of people wouldn't even think twice about. So they saved money not using cold foam, and gave me a donut as compensation which im sure is less than a dollar for them at their cost, which means they STILL made money for a mistake that THEY made and then REFUSED to give me my money back. This place is an absolute scam and ill never give them my business again.

  Gave them multiple tries before reviewing. They constantly make drinks wrong. If you like spending money and getting a random drink, usually mostly milk, then go to this location. If you like receiving what you paid for, go to the Dunkin on the other side of Hawthorne.

  The place states they close at 10 pm . We arrived at 8 pm and they were pushing us to rush and to move our car. We gave them our gift cards and they refused to check the balance. We asked about the balance and they started yelling about how we owed 3 dollars. We paid them and they started pushing for us to move the car quickly. There was literally no one else there. We were the only ones in the drive-thru and no one was inside the Dunkin either. Absolutely horrible I regret even going.

  Wish I could give zero stars. These are the laziest and most unprofessional workers. Waited 10 mins in line with one person in front of me. Other workers just sitting on the coach or on their phones.

  Live near by been couple of time drive thru I'd a disaster. They never have my order right. Never coming back. Tire of this shit. I will try inside.
