  My family and I had a disappointing experience at Forte. Upon arrival, the host was unwelcoming. My son politely said “thank you” when she poured water, but she walked away without acknowledging him. The manager was equally unprofessional—he never greeted us and walked past our table multiple times, despite us being the only guests in the restaurant at that moment. After a long day at work, I met my wife and son to celebrate our anniversary. I was still in my work clothes and simply wanted to enjoy a nice meal and treat my wife. Unfortunately, we felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The only positive part of our visit was our server, Carlos, who was courteous and attentive. The food was mediocre. The pasta was undercooked and chewy, not prepared al dente as expected. My wife did not finish her meal and chose to take it to go because we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout our visit. Additionally, the manager’s behavior was very unprofessional. He was loudly yelling at his staff about personal matters, such as asking where his laptop was, and never once checked on us or asked how our meal was. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and this was our first and last visit to Forte.
