What an awful experience. It was not busy when we went in today, our friends wanted to dine here and were excited to find a brio after one near them closed. I can 100% say we won’t be back. It was Cold as hell, the heat apparently wasn’t working… I also think I’d like to have known the heat wasn’t working before we sat down, as a courtesy and the option to leave. Our server was terrible. She was a little rude…. Very distracted she was never anywhere I feel like she should have been. When we sat down, it was maybe 15 mins before anybody even came to our table. Food service was painfully slow. And our meals sat at the counter and she wasn’t anywhere to be found so somebody else brought out meals. The food wasn’t terrible, but it wasnt great, and with the service and lack of heat it was really a terrible experience that we won’t be returning.

Went on a dreary Saturday afternoon and the place was empty enabling us to get a table right away. Host staff and server were friendly.
The food and drink menus have plenty of choices for everyone. However, the prices are a little high relative to the portion sizes. For example, I ordered the Risotto entree, but do not eat scallops. I did not expect a price reduction, but would it have been to much for an extra shrimp? I received three below-average size shrimp, chopped up mushrooms, and two cups of rice for $35. Maybe I would’ve been better getting the side portion for one third of the price. However, it was tasty.
The atmosphere rating is based on the location looking like a casino buffet. Sterile. Cold. Boring.
Server was so friendly!
Probably will not return. There are better value options around.

Cynthia was so helpful with choosing our appetizers and meals as we haven’t been here before. The food was delicious and service was excellent! The restaurant was a little chilly though. Otherwise super happy with our visit and will be back for brunch!

Very nice experience here, went here after a movie. The food was great, and the amazing service matched it perfectly. Our waitress, Cynthia, was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She really helped make the experience even better. Definitely recommend this place

The food was very good and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Cynthia, was attentive, quick and gracious. However, the bathroom had no heat and no hot water and the WiFi was not working. To write this review we had to leave the restaurant to get cell service. Highly recommend the shrimp and eggplant appetizer and the gorgonzola steak salad.
