  Ready for pick up on time. Food was excellent!! Love the delicious sandwiches and onion rings!! I will be a regular customer here.

  fiancé and I ordered from Big City Subs in Eatontown two days in advance for a scheduled pickup at 4:30 PM on New Year’s Eve. We planned around this order and drove 20 minutes to get there—only to arrive and find the place closed. There was no phone call, no email, no notification of any kind, despite the order being placed days ahead of time. My fiancé left a voicemail that day and never received a call back. We called again the next morning and were told the owner wasn’t in yet, so we waited. No call ever came. When I finally called again around 3 PM, the owner immediately became defensive, repeatedly saying “wait, wait, wait,” and talking over me instead of listening. Rather than taking responsibility, he blamed his ordering system, said he “wanted the day off” on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and complained about his employees. None of that explains why an advance order was accepted with zero communication that the business would be closed. What really sealed it for me was being told that I could come in and ask for him and he would “take care of me.” After we already drove 20 minutes for a pickup that never happened, I’m expected to go out of my way again? At that point, the burden should not be on the customer. If anything, an apology and a proactive solution should have been offered—not another errand. Although a refund was mentioned, the entire interaction left me feeling like this was somehow our fault, which is unacceptable. Mistakes happen—but accountability and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this was handled extremely poorly, and we will not be returning. Ps: waiting 5 days to write this to see if the refund would come and it never did!!!

  My husband and I went here to get sandwiches. I had the Cap-Bri it was the best sandwich i have had in a very long time. My husband had the Yo Adrian amazing as well. The staff was very welcoming and explained the menu. Definitely going back!

  Found via tiktok review. Great assortment of sandwiches from different regions of the USA, NY, Philly, etc. Russian sandwich was HUGE! Could only eat half, saved rest for lunch next day. Wings were great too! Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Super clean!

  Yo Adrian…we did it!!! Been hearing a lot of buzz about this place and finally had a chance to grab a sandwich. Very solid. It’s starts with the bread and they nail it. Definitely recommend
