While the food came out promptly and the tables are clean, I had to wait a while for a staff member who could not be found across the entire front counter to take my order, despite no line present. This has happened previously on multiple occasions. Additionally, it appears that management does not want to address this issue, but in fact encourages this behavior. they recently added a sign that directs everyone to the kiosk instead of interacting with a staff member. Signs like this tell the customer they are not valued and staff prefer to hide in the back office instead of serving the customer. In fact, I’ve witnessed a couple of customers laugh out loud as they read the sign. What happens with the self ordering kiosk breaks? some customers prefer a traditional ordering experience instead of interacting with a kiosk.
