  I work in a retailer at the mall. We spend SO MUCH MONEY here. Daily group orders of $25 or more. I wish we had a second option for a second Dunkin location.. we don't like starbucks so we keep coming back, hoping it will get better. They blatantly do not care about how they make drinks. Their coffees are disgusting. If you order an iced coffee with five pumps of a sweetened syrup, you will get iced coffee with two ice cubes and no flavoring. There's no phone number to call to ask if they'll remake your drink. It's almost like they do it on purpose to be funny? But when you spend $6 for an iced coffee and take your 15-minute break to walk through the mall to get it it's not fun when it's a terrible drink and it won't be remade for you.

  This place sucks!!! Cashier is very nonchalant… I ordered a raisin bagel toasted and it was horrible!!!! Coffee horrible!! U tell them how u want your coffee and they make it the total opposite!!! WONT BE BACK!!!

  Conveniently located within American dream mall. This mall is little far from central and south Jersey . Takes about 40min-l1 hour to reach .. parking is just horrible . Takes a lottttt of time to park - especially on weekend . There is a food court and this Dunkin is in the food court area. Service was a bit slow . Takes a long time to take orders and get orders ! Loved the refresher . We love mango refresher here and they made it good . Strawberry refresher was also good .. coffee was a bit disappointing though! Hashbrowns was a bit soggy . Wish it was toasted well. Overall an average experience . 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

  It's a vegan dunkin. I didn't know this before asking when I arrived and was met with the worst customer service by one of the cashiers when I asked if they served real meat and if their half n half was also vegan. I am fine with them not offering proper food, but the attitude and lack of customer service, even for a Dunkin was off putting.

  Burned my sandwich and were incredibly rude when I asked them politely to make me another one. Then I looked up at them and they yelled at me to be more patient, I didn’t even say anything.
