The quality of the food was significantly below the brand’s standard, and the issues spanned across nearly every item in my order. The Quarter Pounders were noticeably dry, making the meat tough and unappetizing. Similarly, the chicken McNuggets were so overcooked that they were shrunken, dry, and entirely inedible—a stark contrast to the juicy, tender nuggets I expect. The side items fared no better. The fries were cold and completely unsalted, tasting limp and stale as a result. Finally, the sweet tea, a simple beverage, was also a major failure. It was so watered down that it was neither sweet nor did it have any discernible tea flavor. Overall, the food was served cold, dry, and lacked the basic seasonings and flavor profiles expected from McDonald's. I sincerely hope management addresses these pervasive kitchen and quality control issues. This was not the quality I expect, and I cannot recommend this location based on this experience. Considering I had to pull over and wait for food, and the only vehicle in the drive-thru, I expected at least a modicum of fresh food.
