  How does a McDonald's have no soda? Then when we ordered a sweet tea, they gave us a lemonade instead. The lemonade was so sweet, it gave me a headache.

  Overall, the experience was absolutely horrible and tonight was the icing on the cake... And I'm a local resident of the area, so this is written after several times! The place was beyond dirty and disgusting for a fast food place! The food was cold by the time it got to us, the fries were warm and soggy, the soda's were flat and the staff was not that friendly and when mentioned that the place was a dirty and the tables needed attention, the response was "oh well, go write a review"... So here I am! There is a clear lack of leadership at this establishment and as someone who has leadership skills in various different jobs including management in fast food, these employees are lucky I don't run the show there, because if I did, they would learn the definition of "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean and if don't wanna clean, then clock out, go home and lean on your own countertop and I will call someone in who wants to work"! I honestly would rather travel to a different McDonald's than subject my family to a sesame seed above deplorable conditions and horrendous customer service. The place is a bunch of kids ran by a troglodyte of a manager to say the least. Avoid this place at all costs if you can and go to the next closest McDonald's for a better experience with more fresh food and drink. ***If and when I return to this location, I'll update my review. Just wish the owner would do something about this. This place is in the town I call home and really hope this place makes a turn around*** (Ps- the kicker was, the place wasn't even busy!)

  Tables & drink fountain area were dirty. Floors needed to be swept. One of our burgers had no pickles on it so we asked for some pickles and we were rudely told that they needed to see the sandwich.

  They have come a long way, previously like 2023 they were terrible however do to management change is the best , polite and very detailed, always get exactly what we ordered with a smile 👍,, definitely avoid the Stroudsburg location,long lines and hardly speak English

  Not the fault of the workers but with the kiosks there was no one at the counter. I waited over five minutes just to get ketchup. Very frustrating and ridiculous.
