The woman could have offered him a coffee drink that was on the menu or advised him she could add an extra shot. literally anything other than being NASTY and saying “this isn’t a starbucks”. Thanks Lady we are fully aware this isn’t starbucks we walked in the door and out. The audacity to speak to a customer like that is disgusting behavior.
