- GGGenesis GuzmanDec 23, 20251.0Had a horrible experience in the drive thru yesterday 12/22 at approx 7:30pm and onward This is my nearby dunkin where I am a regular I went to purchase a drink and gift card which I’ve purchased before through the drive through And I was discriminated and denied service why I do not know the person failed to provide her name fine but I requested her store number and managers contact information and she completely ignored me Which is not professional at all when there is a customer issue There was absolutely no one behind me in the drive thru to deny me services for drinks and gift card Instead of wasting time and not attending and taking my order when a line finally began while I was trying to order a drink and gift card and asked why she ignored me 3 times and asked what the issue was she threatened to call the police on me and I said proceed with calling the police so I can file a report and call my attorney I have purchased drinks and gift cards at this location numerous of times and of all times this time what was so different !? Completely rude and unprofessional you don’t just blatantly ignore your customers when they have questions or request to speak to a superior when there is a customer issue onsite ! Or threaten them ! With police and tell me to just leave because you feel like it FYI went to the next dunkin nearest you and they had absolutely no issue providing me service via drive through for drinks and gift cards !
