She tried to redeem my points and couldn’t do it eventually loosing them which is not a big deal for me but her bad attitude and the way she raised her voice infront of my autistic son, her employees and other customers on us was unbelievable and when we were leaving she told us infront of everyone not to come here which was very rude of her. When we left she chased us and came out and used abusive language where I told her that I don’t want to speak to her. She crossed all lines and I’m never going back to this place again. My son who has autism got so much upset because of her and got afraid of her. I wish someone can teach her professionalism and customer care so that other people cannot have similar experience as of mine. Thank you!
