Has her headphones off and talking to friends in the store. Not sure what Brady's gonna do, but that was totally uncalled for and she had her mic turned off, and she was not doing her job and socializing. So I drove away. I'm never gonna give them my business again.
- IMItzel MartinezOct 9, 20251.0Most of the time at fast food restaurants they don’t tend to take longer than 10 minutes to take your order while they have only ONE car at the window. Kids that work there seem to take their sweet old time in doing everything: taking your order, taking your payment, preparing and handing you your food… by the time you leave that drive thru you’ve spent 10-15 min at what’s supposed to be fast service. Now when I pulled up to the window I saw more than 2 employees working, probably about 4 employees and none of them working efficiently. When it comes to customer service it is very dry, they answer “what can I get for you” “pull around” and often don’t even give you a smile…. Definitely need some training in customer service and working in a fast paced environment. The drive through is always backed up and wrapped around the building and sometimes the street. The speaker at the drive through doesn’t work too well. It is kind of disappointing that I don’t want to go to my nearest Dunkin' to get a breakfast before work because I know the service will not be good.
