Absurd prices. Nearly $4 more expensive than some nearby Primo locations for a single sandwich.
Go to a different location and don’t be price gouged.

The owner of the Primo name you franchise for has a particular way these sandwiches are supposed to be made.
Bluecheese dressing with miniscule pieces of blue cheese is not the same as the blue cheese crumbles you're SUPPOSED to make the sandwich with.

Fantastic Hoagie! Go here several times a month. Bread is great and holds up even after a day or 2 in the fridge. Old World is a favorite and has top notch meats. Highly recommend!
