- TPTim PetersNov 5, 20251.0If someone buys a product from a store, but then the store doesn't give that person the product nor their money back, I would consider that to be theft. That is exactly what has happened to me numerous times at this store. There are plenty of other Dunkins around that have all the items they're supposed to have and won't rip you off. Definitely don't go here. Coffee generally isn't very hot here if that's your thing.

- BRBrendan RyanJun 18, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service, tried returning a drink that took over 10 minutes to make because the espresso was so burnt it wasn’t drinkable, when I tried to exchange the for a regular cold brew which is cheaper(I didn’t even ask for a refund) the older gentleman that took my order decided to just argue with me about it. I have literally never argued about an order ever, since I work in the service industry and know how it can be, but this was just a different level and if I knew how to report the worker I would.
