    This McDonald's is not your typical fast-food restaurant. Let me start by saying the Camden County Police were called on me by a "manger," then, I was removed from this McDonald's for taking my prescribed medications and using the restrooms without "buying" an item off the menu. I escalated this matter up to corporate due to the fact this "manager" was not professional at all, she tried to verbally abuse and embarrass me in front of customers and other employees simply for taking my medications, as instructed per my Care Team whom I follow up with on a routine basis. Since then, now when I go to this McDonalds, I hear other employees and managers whispering "that's the 1 who got the cops called on us." Correction: your own manager choose to call the cops on me due to her personal reasons. In other words, lack of performance, poor management and leadership in all areas which is not good for the overall business.

    The worst McDonald store in the world. The worst customer service. I was there for around 45 mins. After the first 15 mins was when i could finally place my order (had to order on my own because i couldn’t get help at the counter). I saw the order on the screen. When i had 45 mins was when finally someone asked my order number and told me there was not order in that store. I was like how in hell if I just placed it and saw it in their screen. I canceled the order and got a refund, but how unsatisfied and what a waste of time

    I asked them a question about my mobile order. One of the girls packing the food just rude alll LIKEE WHATCHUYY MEAN. YOU ORDERED ON the phone . I told them my name and girl rolled her eyes. lol gotta pray for these girls. Can’t ask nobody no questions. Can’t say nothing. They literally huff and puff for any little thing. Ask the cashier a question ohhh you gotta talk to the people in the kitchen. Like ain’t that your job? I worked at McDonald’s before never was so rude or unprofessional in my life. Now if you don’t like dealing with people go work in a warehouse. Pray those girls have a better day. Becaiseee lord were they miserable.

    I really mean it — people who work in customer service shouldn’t do it if they hate dealing with people. I always buy from this place and always end up upset. I know it’s my fault for coming back when the staff at this location is horrible, but I keep coming because it’s close to my house and I just want to save seven more minutes. Please, the drive-thru staff should be replaced, and the front counter team as well. They’re rude, and they always give me the soggiest fries. The burgers come out almost without lettuce, sauce, or anything , not even ketchup. Seriously, change your staff or at least improve the quality of their work. For context, I also work in a restaurant, and I know very well that besides the food, the most important thing is treating customers with kindness ,especially when they’re being polite and respectful.

    Pretty sure it was the manager who was so kind & helpful to me. I would NEVER have stopped there had I not been forced to to get off the toll b/c they no longer take your info so you can pay online if you don't have dirty notes to hand over 😒. (Anywho I digress.) I ordered steak egg and cheese bagel combo. It kind of sucked. There was more gristle and fat than actual edible meat. . . however the hash brown was fried perfectly. Regardless, I was surprised at how clean the restaurant was both inside and out. That manager had her team working hard & it was obvious she was on top of the small details too. This store has the whole premiere, kind of "new system" for ordering and picking up your food; that was kind of cool and like I said the manager was really really nice & helped me find my way out of that derelict city of Camden. Though I hope NEVER to have to return, if I found myself lost in Camden again, I would definitely go there over any other option close by!!!
