This is in the worst location possible. Avoid at all costs. No matter how far the other McDonald’s are it’ll be faster and WAY EASIER. Shame on this traffic plan.

I placed a mobile order went through the drive-through I told the guy I had a mobile order and he said go to the next window. I went to the next window and they handed me a big bag of food and I said that can’t be mine. I just ordered a Diet Coke and a big Mac. They took it back and asked me what did I order? I told them a Diet Coke and a Big Mac. It appeared as though no one ever made it, but they did get it to me however, I didn’t get the correct soda after all of that anyway. This location continues to underperform. It could easily be solved with proper training. There were only a few cars here in the drive-through I’m hoping the manager will see this and provide further training, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen this is like my third or fourth time with an issue here.

Couldn't speak English. Order was wrong. Anyone working the driveway windows should be able to take a correct order. Shouldn't have to come back in establishment to get order corrected and still be questioned.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Once again we get home and are missing items in our order! We call several times and no one answers the phone which seems to be another common issue with this location!!! I dont know how this place operates or is in business bc they are ALWAYS messing up orders whether it Is a missing item or it is done wrong. This has happened several times and seems to be the only location that has this many issues. We will gladly go elsewhere as there are many great options in the area who can handle taking care of their customers and giving them what they pay for. Management should be ashamed of themselves because clearly they have not done anything to resolve these issues and have employees who clearly just do not care and cannot handle their job. I will be taking this up with CORPORATE sInce they REFUSE to answer their phones and I am not giving them my money for free since they cannot handle fulfilling their orders.

I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru tonight and ordered three drinks. The lady taking my order was kind, but she seemed to have trouble understanding what I was saying, which I was patient about. However, when I got to the window, the young girl handed me the drinks and I realized they were the wrong ones. When I pointed this out, she turned around and said she was too busy and that I had to just accept the order. I told her politely that I wasn’t willing to take the wrong drinks and asked if she could please remake them. She got visibly upset and acted frustrated about fixing the mistake. I understand that drive-thru workers get busy, but there’s no reason for customers to be treated rudely when they just want what they ordered. Very disappointing experience tonight. Would not recommend going to this location in Brick.
