- BBBrian Barnes4 days ago1.0Had a mobile order and came through the drive thru for a drink for my girlfriend. The drink was made incorrectly and we politely asked for them to add brown sugar as it is the brown sugar shaken espresso. Was greeted with attitude but was then later handed the drink so no quarrels. We taste the drink again leaving the drive thru and it is still wrong. We go into the store and just politely asked them to remake the drink. There are three to four different workers who then give us faces and there are no apologies for the drink being wrong again. We are apologizing as this was the second time we had them correct the drink. This time, finally the drink was correct and we say thank you and apologize again. The girl then just stares at us as we walk out of the store. As soon as I open the first door to leave I hear them start talking about us. Very rude and unprofessional and I would not come back here in a million years.

Either they don’t clean their machines or it’s off calibration (previous barista of 5 years). The store is owned by people who own two other locations and those locations are normal. Because of this I switched to a non-espresso drink, but it would be nice to get an espresso down the street from my house.

However, at 6:30pm, they can't make anything because they've already cleaned the ovens, the latte machine is being cleaned, etc. Every single time, there is some excuse as to why they can't serve you anything. And then they get rude when you need a minute to think about what you want to order. I will never go back. I hope management or the owners see this and try to clean this place up before they go under.
