  We had a great experience at the Brick, NJ Smashburger. The Colorado Double burger was cooked to perfection and the toppings gave it amazing flavor. Just slightly spicy. The Smashtots were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Brandon served our food and was great 👍 Overall a good time.

  It’s the inconvenience of it being a fast food restaurant, but not willing to take an order over the phone, even when the customer is sitting in the parking lot. Like a lot of people in the world lunch breaks are a portion of time. A lot of of us don’t have the time to come in and order and wait for the food. We are on borrowed time. It’s very inconveniencing to not be able to take a phone order even when offering to pay over the phone to secure the sale.

  I rarely do reviews on fast food places. But this place blew my mind. I was greeted as I walked in and the woman behind the counter (I can't remember her name. I think her tag said Kelly.) was super nice. Explained the new items. I got the cheesy Mac burger which is my new favorite burger. What stood out most was the genuine kindness of her. After i sat down a group of special needs adults came in. She greeted them and then went over and gave them menus to look over and took their order "old school" so they didn't have to stand at the counter to place their order. She was super kind and patient. She even came back over to me after I got my food to check on how everything was. We even chatted a bit about specials upcoming. I'm not in this area often but i can guarantee you when I am I will be back every time.

  From the moment I ordered, Brandon was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious. He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—give this guy a raise! I’ll for sure be coming back.

  Brandon served us tonight at Smashburger here in Brick. Brandon did his job well by bringing our food out quickly. The food was very hot and tasty as is usually at Smashburger. Brandon did well by offering us any of the gift card offers and rewards opportunities that we could get. Although I did not sign up for any of these, I appreciated that Brandon did his job well and stuck to the script. Brandon checked on our table when he saw our coats on, and adjusted the temperature to make it warmer. Over all he did a great job, and we had a good time with good food and good friends at Smashburger.
