    If you're craving McDonald's, do yourself a favor and go to any other location. Orders always missing something, and fries are never fresh and are stale. Always something wrong every time I order from here. We ordered Uber and this time they forgot an entire person's food. Ridiculous, this is Jersey, be better.

    This McDonald’s location can never get a single order correct. They ask if the order is correct on the screen, give you the amount you ordered but somehow get the order wrong every time. From making it sausage instead of bacon or leaving the beef patties off a big mac entirely it is the worst service location I will no longer go to this site. The other one in brick is owned by the same company and for some reason does not have the same problems. Maybe they need all new people working.

    They take SO LONG to make their food. I'm talking no line outside and still taking 10 minutes for my fries to be cold. Just do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's on Chambers Bridge in the Shoprite plaza instead.

    They delivered our meal to the table. No napkins. The next time the kid came by I asked for napkins because they’re not readily available. Never got any. Order was 2 burgers, Coke, kids happy meal. No ketchup. None out and available. Asked for a Grinch meal. At 2 PM they had none. Awful.
