  Got hung on by manager, door dash order… missed half my order on here.. it’s not that hard to look at a screen & put the items in the the bag

  I ordered a happy meal and this lady gave me mc nuggets and when i went back to tell her she acted like she didn't know me and tried to act cute with me and this other guy. These Workers need to listen better and especially the old lady that served me i said no cheese on my big Mac and she still added cheese. NEVER GOING BACK

  It’s 1:33 am and i have been waiting in line for over 15 min with NO ONE in-front me of. Horrible late night service 0 out of 5 stars, crappy experience.

  10/19/2025 Mala experiencia con una empleada además mi hija casi se cae porque el piso estaba mojado; Yo pedí dos “hot fudge sundae” de los cuales uno vino por la mitad, dos dedos abajo de el otro y de lo que regularmente viene porque yo siempre lo compro. Es decir no es nuevo para mi y por eso me levanté y me acerqué educadamente para decirles que uno de los helados vino menos. La muchacha con cara de sorpresa y con una actitud pésima me respondió; yo no te lo di así. Pásame pero así no te lo di. A lo que respondí que si, recién lo recibí y así estaba. Y ella me quitó el helado de la mano, y mientras ponía más helado decía, increíble, increíble, increíble… mientras movía la cabeza. La actitud súper horrible, salí inmediatamente de el restaurante, no pienso volver. Porque además mientras estábamos esperando la orden imagino que la supervisora les gritó a los empleados que nadie va ir al baño, ni break después de las 5pm. No quiero ver a nadie fuera después de las 5pm. Todos los clientes pudimos escuchar la forma en la que maltratan a los empleados. Además el señor que estaba trapeando el piso, lo dejó mojado, sin un cono donde se pueda ver que el piso estaba mojado, mi hija se levantó a ver algo. Y casi se cae… deben poner más atención de el cuidado que le están dando a este lugar. Más cuidado por favor!

  10/11/2025 @ 11:22 am So I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with additional toppings. They ask me to wait at the stop sign because its a quarter pounder so i waited for about 5 minutes for it. After receiving it at the drive thru i noticed there was two topping missing. I go back through the drive thru and tell them what went wrong. The worker ask me if i would like a new one and i said no just add the missing toppings. He comes back to tell me they have to make a new one. So i pull over and wait again, the burger came unsually fast compared to the first one but everything looked right so i go home. Midway through the burger, i look at it and it is it not fully cooked!!!! I have stomach cramps as i write this and i have no idea if i can take legal action but i will 100% look into it.
