  Slooooooooooooooow. Looked like they were understaffed on New Year's Eve. Focused and the drive thru. In-restaurant customers seemed like an annoyance.

  This McDonald's when it first was built was very good service and food. Today the employees at this place are not professional . When you ask then a question or they ask you a question .when employees take your money they dont say how much it is no thank you .pull up to second window they ask me what I order they disorganized again wait over 15 minutes for food I was not the only customers lots other walk out or drove out of line took to long to take there orders ,employees are unprofessional rude ,The place was not clean, food and paper was on floor it only take a 2 minutes to sweep it up from the floor also it a safety issue employees could fall .suggest go to another restaurant.

  Just grabbed 3 meals thru drive thru and 2 Sprites flat like my ass. Not a manager or alert system that checks these things periodically? Smh. I was craving a fountain soda and got jipped.

  Very quick drive-thru. The food is very consistent with the others. This is a good McDonald’s.

  Terrible customer service with a manager present. The day is 11/30/25 I went through the drive through and was told to pay at first window. Sat at the first window for 5 mins while the guy inside ignored me waving at him. Then was signaled to go to the second window. At the second window I got givin my drink and told to pull into the drive through reserved spot #3 to wait for my food. I wait there for 10 mins. A worker comes out and says nothings been paid for I told him where I was directed and he understands grabs my card and says I’ll be back. My card gets charged he brought it back and then told me food would be out shortly. 20 minutes go by and I watch car after car leave until there aren’t any cars left. I then walk inside to figure out the issue and the workers look at me with 2 heads. I then hear the cook. Clearly tell his workers to make another order as they haven’t even made or had any implications to make mine. Terrible experience when all they had to do was communicate. I’m an easy going guy and hardly leave a review but this 40 minute experience for cold McDonald’s that I didn’t even get through the drive through is not okay with me.
