He was pleasant and kind and got my order to me quickly, and even apologized just because it took a couple of minutes more then usual. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was amazing. Great customer skills and he got my coffee right. Please someone figure out who this was and tell him thank you!

Not getting utensils with hot food that requires one (loaded hash browns) . Extra ice in my coffee but always seem to get less ice. Don't get me wrong, I've worked at a dunks years ago, it gets crazy busy and there are a lot of rude customers but come one these are things that are not hard. Many of the employees are great and friendly but there are a few that you say thank you and they just walk away. I always tip but if I'm not getting what I'm asking for how I like it I'm going to stop tipping. Not in an entitled way but I am paying for this order and it is made to order so if that's not happening I'm going to take my tipping elsewhere.
