The women with the reddish blonde hair that takes your order is one of the ruddest human beings Ive met. 3 times now Ive had her be incredibly rude to me through the drive through. While ordering she said "is that it?" And I thought she had said is that it, for my coffee order and I responded "yes but can I get.." she immediately snapped back with "SO CLEARLY THATS NOT IT." Today I stopped again. She kept repeating "is that it? Is that it? Is that it?" After ordering 3 things off the menu. This place clearly has poor customer service. Tried to call the number and speak to the manager but the number is out of service as well. Big surprise there. Do not go to this dunkins!!
