A manager was yelling at an employee about his/her speed as well as threatening to write up staff all in the presence of a lot of customers. This manager needs to be looked at. Ill stick to the dunkins at rapid refill.

- KKKris KNov 16, 20252.02 stars is being kind. Something is very wrong here. The turnover of staff is extremely high because I never see the same people when I stop. They’re friendly but something is making them quit pretty soon after they start working. Today we stopped and after waiting quite a while at the drive through they couldn’t even make an egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were too short staffed. Only 2 people on a Sunday morning ????!!!!! REALLY?! There was another time they didn’t have cream for the coffee. Then another time I specifically said 3 creams in the coffee and I received what was a coffee with so much cream it tasted like warmed cream and I had to throw it away. I rarely go there now and make everything at home because they’re so unreliable.
