I’ve been getting the little grab & go things for about a month, and more often than not there’s HAIR in the cheese, or in the vegetables. I stopped going for a bit because of this, and decided today to get one of the cheese and fruit things. I drove back to work, and before even opening the container THIS is what I see. Completely ruined my entire appetite for the whole day if I’m being honest. This is disgusting and happens way too often. I’ve found hair in the salads, the fruit and cheese grab and go containers, and some of their veggie grab and gos as well. If you’re going to get any of these I highly suggest double checking it over… I should’ve done that today but now I know I’m never getting them again.

The name badge said Collin, I’m not sure if it’s racism or what but it was a really creepy and uncomfortable experience . I didn’t see any employee that is a minority in this whole store so my suspicions might be true, probably instructed to do that by a supervisor I believe.

I won't stray from Hannaford's again. My husband and I had a cart filled with about 13 items, and on 2PM on a Thursday afternoon in an empty store they only had one regular register open that was pre-occupied and an express lane open. No one was in the express lane and we were checking out separately so we headed there. The cashier had a huge issue with us having more than 10 items together to the point that he went and got the manager as if we were holding up some giant line on a busy Saturday. The manager came over to remind us it was 10 items, but it was OK to cash out here since we were paying separate (he had like 3 items, I had 9). My husband make a comment on this being a "zero star experience" and that we "know how to read" to the extra rude cashier and he just left in the middle of the transactions and basically refused to service us. The assistant manager came over AGAIN to cash us out and basically told us "i'll handle the cashier" and there was nothing he could really do, so just get over it basically - yeah, OK. The cashier, assistant management and manager on duty are a joke - again.. it was a dead Th. afternoon and we had THREE ITEMS OVER the 10 limit combined. Get over yourself and take a course in customer service.
