    So, besides the one dude hurling breakfast burritos like baseballs from the back onto the counter out front to be served to customers... The only reason they ask you to pull over and wait for food is to make their numbers look good for corporate in the face of increased business from places like DoorDash. As soon as you have paid if you park then the cars behind you (door dashers) don't have to wait and that makes it look like they're cranking out orders when they're not because all corporate sees is the time each customer paid. I waited 5 minutes after being asked to. I went inside and they told me they just started cooking my food and it would be ready in a few minutes. Meanwhile, the same woman put three complete orders of food and drink through the window to cars who were BEHIND ME. Do not let them have you pull over, this is not how it works, if they can't handle the influx of customers from door dash it's not on us to front our time for FAST FOOD so that the owners don't have to front more money to keep up with the times properly. Do NOT pull into the drive thru spot, park your car right at the window and say "I'll be here when it's ready." they cannot force you to and the last time I refused my food was in the car in thirty seconds instead of ten minutes.

    Waited 20 minutes in curbside for order. No delivery. Had to walk in to get order. Manager was nice enough to make new sandwiches.

    This location is the absolute worst & all we ever get is iced coffee. They never follow SIMPLE WRITTEN DIRECTIONS because we order with the app. Coffees are never made right and they take 30 mins to make two coffees. Why is this an ongoing issue?? And the staff just doesn’t care. We watched the woman working make herself a coffee before making ours… this has happened over 10 times at this location. The picture I’m adding is from the coffees we ordered today. They have not been drank from… insane!

    Should have option to choose zero stars. 10.26.25, At McDonald's, 907 Second St in Manchester, I ordered breakfast at 10:21 on the App, arrived at 10:28 (after waiting in a line of about 4 cars) at the drive thru speaker & was told to advance to 2nd window with several cars still ahead of me. Arrived at pickup window at 10:35 & was told my order was canceled by the App due to it now being past the breakfast deadline of 10:30. After being told by the manager there was nothing they could do about the App canceling my order & after leaving the drive thru window, I realized I should have asked for a receipt, so I drove back to the drive thru & waited in line again. The same manager refused to give me a receipt for the cancellation & said my refund may take up to 24 hours to post. I then asked the incompetent manager for a written note in case a refund was not received, which she reluctantly gave me. It's now been 3 days, and still no refund has been issued. The order charge for $19.27 posted on 10/28/25. On 10/29/25, per my phone call with Patricia at Citizens Bank, a refund was issued to me for $19.27. If I hadn't called my bank, I would probably still be waiting for the refund. In my opinion, if a breakfast order is placed & paid for before 10:30, it should be honored/fulfilled, even if the staff doesn't feel like making it, or they take forever to make it. Management should also be more helpful/competent. I even showed the receipt for my order on the App, that had a timestamp of 10:21, which made no difference to the manager. Very poor customer service here. The new "Golden Rule" McDonald's has adopted, to treat everyone with dignity, fairness, and respect, always....has been thrown out the drive thru window at this location.

    Repeated issues with sodas.. ordered a Diet Coke a couple of weeks ago and they were pouring it into the cup from a lukewarm 2Liter bottle that melted the ice in two minutes. If they had issues with the machine I would've gotten something else. Went back tonight and ordered a Diet Coke again from the app - they gave me a regular Dr. Pepper. Just carelessness. No way to get a refund from the app. If they do that to someone with diabetes they're gonna have a big problem
