Instead of just making it herself, she gave it to someone else. This employee proceeded to sneeze 5 times during the process, never washed his hands, and wasn't wearing a mask. Needless to say, I threw my drink away and will not be going back to this location. I could have gotten over waiting, but the lack of hygiene standards is abhorrent.

I was confused as to why I was being asked what type of syrup for an iced vanilla chai because I’ve never been asked that before. They were extremely rude and then when they told me to drive to the window - started cursing and talking shit about me so I drove off. Extremely unprofessional and so rude for absolutely no reason. If you hate your job get a new one.
