My drink was sitting on the to-go counter but wasn’t finished, I waited several minutes before asking if my order was ready. An employee let the worker on the oven know I was waiting but I still wasn’t helped. By 1:05 I was the only customer waiting for an order while everyone else was just in line to order. At that point I stepped back up to the counter and then I was told they didn’t have croissants after I had already been waiting over 15 minutes as a result, I never received my food. Overall, the service was very disorganized and disappointing.

I never thought I'd be the one to say this, but how hard is it to make a coffee when the customer tells you how they want it made. For the amount of money you pay for a coffee you should get what you pay for. I won't be back to this location.
