- DDD6 days ago1.0We went on at noon for sourdough sandwiches. We were told they couldn't take any food orders because they were cleaning their ovens. We asked how long the ovens would be down and they said up to 2 hours. We asked why would you clean the ovens at lunchtime and they said they didn't have a choice. Seriously?!

I said Hello & then a female came on the mic & said You were rude to me first, have a nice one. I stated I just said Hello & she again said Have a nice one & wouldn’t take my order. I went into the store & asked a female employee who was just standing there if she was the only one here & she said yes. I then asked who the Manager was & she said we don’t have one, the I asked who the Regional Manager was and she said we don’t have one. I then told her she was the rudest thing & she told me Have a nice one. FIRE HER!!!

OK so why are you still sitting there letting customers inside. Black mold is highly dangerous. No mask, no protection, nothing. The guy at the store register just sitting there smiling too. Um sir you need to leave too.
