I first did an online order & got food & a coffee, no complaints. It was ready within minutes of me ordering & waiting for me to grab. Another time I went w/ my son & ordered there, food was cooked thoroughly, done within minutes & coffee was made exactly how I wanted it & like it 🙂 Overall, whether or not you’re grabbing coffee through the drive thru to going inside & ordering, they have come thru each & every time! Thanks to the Employees for running the store well! Y’all the real MVP’s!

- SKShelley KosekOct 25, 20251.0Can I leave 0 stars? This is literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to - and I’ve been to many. The service takes FOREVER, even when you order ahead. You can see the employees standing around chatting, but no one comes to the window when you’re at the drive through and no one comes to the counter when you’re inside. I thought this might be a one-off, but after multiple terrible experiences, I needed to leave a review. Your food will be cold by the time you get it because they can’t be bothered to actually give it to you once it’s made.

I don’t care much for her coffee, but I was getting it anyways lol.. I called to ask if they would mind switching the way it’s made because of this and the manager (morning manager I spoke with) was super understanding and was happy to change my order! Even apologized! I had to say “it wasn’t you, this was 100% my mistake, thank you so much for this!” He could have easily told me no. And I would have completely understood, it was definitely my mistake, and most dunks today don’t care about customer service and are very rude especially when a customer asks for them to fix the customers mistake!! I will forever go to this dunks even if it’s out of my way now!!!
