  After ordering a bunch of food for 4 of us, I asked for a few cups of water for kids. Woman at the counter wanted to charge me $1 each for tap water! That is some terrible customer service. Your cost for a cup and tap water is pennies at most. Won't ever come to this location again. If your location is hurting to make a profit so bad to charge for tap water to paying customers then your business model is wrong.

  i had a very negative and disturbing experience at the dunkin’ donuts on 25 lakeside dr., manchester, nh 03104. the drive-thru employee was unprofessional and refused to complete my order without a valid reason. when i calmly went inside with my husband to request a manager’s contact information, staff members became confrontational. one employee made threatening statements, claimed she was “from the bronx,” used profanity toward me, and said she would physically harm me. i was also recorded on a personal phone and made to feel unsafe. management should review the store’s security camera footage regarding this incident. this behavior was completely unacceptable.

  The worst service, the worst attitudes, just a terrible experience every single time. 1 coffee and 1 bagel takes 30 minutes and the creatures behind the counter are incapable of functioning

  I was just there for a pick up order and the girl at the front desk was beyond rude and disrespectful I’m standing there - first she gave me the wrong juice - fine I hear her whisper u def her breath but if she could read it said apple juice - then after standing there for 5 min I asked about my hash brown - she throws her hands up idk she says ! Not customer service get another job if that’s how you treat people !

  Waited for 25 minutes on a Saturday morning in the Drive Thru line only to be rudely told when I tried to order a sandwich that “We aren’t serving food. Is there something else you need?” I was dumbfounded, and said, “You’re not taking food orders?” “We aren’t serving food. Do you need anything?” was the server’s response, delivered with an attitude that sounded like she was talking about something she had to scape off the bottom of her shoe. What breakfast business doesn’t serve food on Saturday morning? Why wasn’t there a sign? If they were only serving drinks, why did it take 25 minutes to serve the 9 people in front of us?
