Today they must have had four or five people in working and it still took them almost 10 minutes to get my coffee together in the Drive-Thru and even when they did the whole thing was completely screwed up the time before I told them I wanted the sugar-free flavoring and they overloaded my coffee the last time got food and it came out ice cold

Today they were supposed to be open until 6I got there at 540 and their window was closed. I asked the lady if I could ask her a question and she just gave me disrespectful hand motions and this respectful mouth motions. It was a young lady who was extremely disrespectful. I guess from now on I'll need to go to a different Dunkin' Donuts because I refuse to accept such a disrespect. I hope management addresses it.
- AWAlyssa WelcomeNov 17, 20251.0Awful customer service, the place has no manager so they refuse to open their doors and are drive through only, for the last week I have sat In drive through for 20 minutes, when a manager was there she burned the hash browns they were rock hard, they are never in uniform and they called me a scrounge for paying with cash, unfortunately I refuse to tip there because they rude and rolled their eyes at me after running their mouths. I worked in coffee for years and never had such awful customer service experience except to go to this location, if there location was worth going to corporate wouldn't have quit to go work for Starbucks.
