And this McDonald's has a habit of saying that my orders are ready for pick up when THEY ARE NOT. After a certain point I'm losing money because of how slow and terrible the customer service is. I am currently writing this review as I'm waiting for my doordash order, I've been sitting at the register for 20 minutes AFTER they placed my order ready for pick up, and have had ONE person come up and barely acknowledge my existence. Just terrible.

She was told to wait. At this point she had to leave to not be late to work. The manager was rude when she called to find out how to get a refund. No apology, just a we are busy, maybe you should come work here and help us” absolutely terrible customer service
