Come to find out that there was only one person working the drive-thru AND the front. Only one! The poor guy was overwhelmed and dealing with complaints about how long things were taking. He deserves a medal! It was ridiculous that there was only one person taking and filling orders. I'm assuming that there was another person manning the grill. If it had been me, I would have closed the drive-thru. Even though the McDonald's was horribly understaffed, we received excellent service and our order was perfect. Kudos to this staff member!

- JBJason BrownOct 30, 20252.0So went through the drive through ordered.My meals approximately thirty dollars realized when I got home.That one of the meals was a plain chicken sandwich, not a deluxe called them spoke to.I'm assuming the manager assistant manager who pulled up the order and said because it was a four a not a four c.When we said a chicken deluxe, we assumed that they would give us the deluxe, but they just gave us the plain chicken sandwich instead of having us.Come and trade it out for the deluxe.Even if we had to pay extra, basically, it is just a situation of it is what it is. Spend money a lot at this location.Seems as though you would think with a mix up that they would try to want to make you satisfied instead.Sitting with a plain chicken sandwich on bread 😔
