Bummer since I used a reward and don’t know if I’ll get it back. When I asked, the person on the radio couldn’t tell me what would happen to my reward. Disappointing since this same situation has happened before and I was able to pick up hp.

For being as slow as they seemed - two people sitting in the lobby while we ordered and a couple of cars in the drive thru, we were missing sauce with our order and needed to go to the counter to ask for some, and my hamburger had cheese on it, but I have a dairy allergy so I had to go to the counter again and wait for someone. She was kind about it and brought me a new burger, but it happens a lot when people aren't trained right or forget to double check stuff like that.
